  • "When I was in the accountability group, I made more progress on my novel in three months than I made on my own in a year."

    — Mary Beth Hayes

  • "Thanks to Katelin's encouragement and feedback, I gained important insights into my personal creative process. I looked forward to every meeting of the Accountability Group and each session left me more energized and motivated to continue forging ahead with my writing projects. I often have difficulty following through on creative writing goals when I'm on my own, so this service was exactly what I needed."

    — Thomas Salerno

  • "As someone who has always struggled to set goals and stick to them, it has been tremendously beneficial to be accountable to Katelin and the other authors in the group. There were several points throughout the quarter where the only reason I sat down and got something done was that I knew I would be sharing my progress with the group in a few days. It also felt good to see progress happening through the chart, and inspiring to hear about the projects the other participants were working on. It kept me motivated to write - or edit - even when I would normally have procrastinated."

    — Nancy Bechel

  • “I found the group helpful, supportive, focused and encouraging. One of my biggest challenges has been procrastinating on getting the writing done--whether because of perfectionism or fear, regardless, but the focus on reporting specifically a weekly word count has been a huge factor in my success as a writer. With the group I felt supported and responsible to them to get my words in every week.”

    — Lisbeth Mizula

  • “Katelin's Accountability Group is exactly what I need to stay focused. I wish I had had this kind of support twenty years ago!”

    — Jim Aikin

  • “I work best with deadlines, because I'm a procrastinator, and I get very little done without deadlines. So having the accountability group is perfect because I'm setting my own deadlines, without any outside pressure but still with enough incentive to actually get me to do the work, and I'm encouraged to persevere when I see the other people in the group persevering. Basically, it's a low-stress, low-stakes way to keep myself on track in my writing, and so I am very satisfied with it.”

    — Mary Beth Hayes

  • “It was way more than what I even thought to ask for. I truly made progress I didn't expect, and not only that, really looked forward to the meetings and got a nice creative boost from them. It's honestly hard for me to imagine writing a book without this, now. It's a way to receive support, clarity, motivation, and accountability in such an efficient and fun way. Truly wonderful for me and I noticed how much more I was able to show up for my writing and also remain in alignment with my intentions. Katelin has a very practical, piercing-through-the-veil way of helping you to see where you're actually at and what you will need to accomplish on a weekly basis in order to truly achieve your goal.
