When you read your own work, it’s impossible not to fill in the gaps with what you know in your mind. You need feedback to find out if your novel resonates with readers.

A professional manuscript review will show you what’s working and not working in your novel and give you ideas for how to fix it.

How It Works

When you choose a manuscript review, you will send me your manuscript. I will read it, evaluate it, and leave comments throughout your manuscript about what works, what doesn’t work, and why. Then we will meet for a video call to discuss the feedback and next steps. You will get the call recording and notes.

I will not make changes to your manuscript or dictate exactly how to fix any issues I find. My comments are kind and encouraging, and when I have specific ideas of how you might fix an issue, I will suggest it gently. There are always multiple ways to address an issue, and the one that fits your vision for your story is the best one.
